"When will my order arrive?" — the most common question. Short answer: most orders reach anywhere in Pakistan within 3–5 working days. Here is the full timeline of what happens after your WhatsApp message.
Day 0: You send, we confirm
You send a quotation from the configurator or share your artwork. Our team confirms availability and the final price, and sends you a final proof (impression preview) of the design. Nothing is engraved without your "OK".
Day 1: Laser engraving
The approved artwork goes to the laser engraver. The machine burns away the top layer of the rubber, leaving your design raised — then the die is fixed onto its mount (handle, acrylic block, or self-inking machine) and a test impression is taken. Here is what that stage looks like:

Day 1–2: Dispatch
Once the test impression passes, the stamp is packed and handed over to the courier. Delivery is free on orders above Rs. 1,200; below that it is a flat Rs. 200.
Day 3–5: At your door
Major cities like Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad usually take 2–3 days; remote addresses take 4–5 working days. You receive the tracking number on WhatsApp at dispatch.
